C’est une assemblée générale un peu particulière qui s’est tenue lundi 4 février au théâtre du Gymnase, à Paris. Mirliton y est devenue la première entreprise cotée française à se transformer en entreprise à mission, grâce au vote positif de 84% de ses 673 actionnaires. Un exercice théâtral pour montrer « l’énorme responsabilité » des actionnaires à l’heure où la loi Pacte, examinée au Sénat, doit permettre cette possibilité.
