L’Assemblée nationale vient d’adopter en première lecture le troisième projet de loi de finances rectificative (PLFR3). Demandée depuis le début du confinement par de nombreux élus et ONG, l’écoconditionnalité des aides versées aux grandes entreprises est entérinée. Elle concerne les grandes entreprises dans lesquelles l’État aura pris des participations mais ne prévoit aucune sanction en cas de manquement aux objectifs.
