Mon warning : J’avais espoir que les choses changent, jusqu’à l’arrivée de la Covid-19 et du confinement. Dans un contexte contraint, où l’emploi est menacé, les vieux réflexes sont réapparus et la situation des jeunes femmes s’est aussi détériorée, les travaux du Laboratoire de l’égalité l’établissent . On n’en a, hélas, pas fini avec les stéréotypes. Et je suis très inquiète avec la problématique montante des aidant(e)s. Il faut retravailler la mécanique de A à Z, en actionnant tous les leviers en même temps. Eduquer nos filles à revendiquer ce qu’elles valent. Les entreprises doivent combattre les biais genrés et s’attacher à parler de parentalité, plutôt que de maternité, permettre à leurs collaboratrices d’accéder à du coaching, du mentorat, aux réseaux féminins et à des formations « executive » en priorité, pour qu’elles puissent revendiquer des postes à responsabilité. Le « business case » ? Gagner la guerre des talents. L’égalité femmes-hommes est un levier de changement … qui permet de traiter d’autres problématiques de mixité et de diversité, en rendant l’entreprise plus attractive et performante.
